Every element is intentionally selected. Because of a deep love for nature, I am incredibly strict about choosing clean, non-toxic, and nature-inspired products for my treatments—ensuring your skin and soul are nurtured safely and cleanly.

Behind the Amulet: The Story of the Maker

The name Amulet represents more than just a brand; it signifies a curated, protective, and sacred space inspired by a lifelong journey of creation, touch, and movement.

The Dance of Introversion and Expression

At my core, I am a natural introvert and an empath. This quiet, highly sensitive nature is what deeply connects me to the peace of the natural world and allows me to listen intuitively to what your body needs. However, I also carry a vibrant, extroverted side that comes alive through dance, performance, and physical creation.

A Creative Lineage

Rhythm and art are in my DNA. I grew up in an incredibly artistic family—my mother was a dancer, my father a talented musician, and my brothers followed in those footsteps as a DJ and a musician. Guiding us all were my creative, spiritual grandmother who taught me to see the world through a deeper, more mindful lens.

While my path wasn't a traditional academic one, I have always been deeply creative with my hands. Over the years, I have loved working with textiles—making wall art, costumes, props, jewellery, and the very amulets that inspire this sanctuary. This love for creating sacred energy naturally extends into my passion for interior design and altar design, ensuring every space I touch feels like a warm embrace for the soul.

Two Decades of Professional Practice

This rich upbringing naturally drew me to theatre, dance, and performance arts in the late 1990s, where I experienced working behind the scenes as a stage hand, writing and creating choreography. I was even in a girl group although we didn’t take it far it was fun. These early sparks evolved into two professional paths over the next twenty years:

• The Healing Touch: Trading as a professional beauty therapist since 2009, I have worked independently and within luxury salons and spas. Over the years, I expanded my technical qualifications into remedial massage, Reiki healing, and professional fashion/photographic makeup.
• Conscious Movement: Involved in yoga since 2006, I began running women's dance classes in 2013. To deepen my dedication to safe instruction, I earned certifications in Safe Dance and a Level 3 Professional Ofqual Teaching Qualification.

In 2023, I completed my Professional Yoga Teacher Training before taking a grounding break away to focus on raising my children.

Throughout my life, my anchor has been a simple philosophy: always make the absolute best out of what you have, no matter how little or how hard. During my time away with family, I was drawn to blend my professional skills, creative talents, and spiritual qualifications together.
